Voitenko Wellness can help you or your company with DOT physicals. We are licensed and certified medical examiners listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry. You can trust that we will conduct a proper examination and help move the driver through the process.
DOT Medical Exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification
Most appointments take less than an hour. There is a $90 fee and we provide all the necessary paperwork and refer out when appropriate. If the medical examiner finds that the driver is physically qualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle (CMV), they will furnish one copy of the results to the driver and complete a Medical Examiner's Certificate.
